How can I achieve these goals?

• You will put your revised improvement plan into action, then collect and analyze the resultant data in the same way you did for the original improvement plan.
  1. If you are satisfied with your results and feel that you cannot improve more, you can skip to the Year 10 instructions (prepare final report, maintain gains of the project, and begin another quality improvement project).
  2. If you feel there is opportunity to improve outcomes further or to refine your processes, then there is nothing more to do this year. Start the Year 7 instructions at the appropriate time.
