What is my goal for Step 2?
-
Choose a quality improvement project and metric(s)
How can I achieve this goal?
-
Choosing a practice quality improvement project and
measurement metric is entirely up to you. The ABR
puts no limits on what you would like to do as long
as it falls under the broad categories of patient
safety, accuracy of interpretation, report
turnaround time, practice guidelines and technical
standards, or referring physician surveys. We do,
however, have some handy projects for you to use,
just in case.
